He currently serves as the Senior Training & Placement Officer at Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET), where he excels in corporate relations, campus placements, and student development.

With a strong background in HR and recruitment, he has successfully developed corporate partnerships, organized large-scale recruitment drives, and designed training modules to align students with industry needs.
