Vision

The vision of the FIT INDIA Movement is to make fitness an integral part of our daily lives.

Mission

The mission of the FIT INDIA Movement is to bring about behavioural changes and move towards a more physically active lifestyle.

Objectives
  • To educate and raise awareness among the students, faculty, and staff about the importance of staying active and healthy.
  • To develop proper eating habits among all in order to stay fit.
  • To encourage the students to promote a healthy and active lifestyle by indulging in various activities such as debates, quizzes, yoga and meditation, pledge of fitness, sports, etc.
  • To encourage fitness and help all to get freedom from obesity, laziness, stress, anxiety, diseases, etc.
  • To raise awareness among students, faculty, and staff about the benefits of yoga, meditation, and physical activity for maintaining mental and spiritual balance.
  • To promote mental health, and stress management by practising yoga and meditation.
  • To promote and support sporting acumen by organising sports events.
